The first session with a CCH dietitian involves a whole lot of you talking and a whole lot of her typing. She will use details from all corners of your health life to create a snapshot of where you stand today.
You + your dietitian make a plan
You know yourself better than anyone. That’s why we believe in creating a game plan for your health alongside you. Together, you’ll make meal plans, set exercise goals, and put together a list of nutrition topics you want to spend more time learning about.
Ongoing support
Your CCH dietitian will provide recommendations for the frequency of follow-ups based your goals and lifestyle. She believes that if she does her job correctly, you are equipped with all the tools and skills you need to manage your own health and nutrition for the long haul.
