Where do your dietitians see patients?
CCH Nutrition uses a HIPAA-compliant TeleHealth platform called Kalix to see clients. This link works on your phone or computer and is unique to you.
Can I use my insurance for appointments?
We are in network with both BCBS and Aetna. If you are unsure if your particular plan includes nutritional counseling, we can check on your benefits prior to your first appointment.
Are there other payment options?
If you don’t have BCBS or Aetna and still want to work with a dietitian at CCH Nutrition, no problem! You are welcome to use your HSA/FSA or pay out of pocket for sessions. We offer affordable session packages.
